Would recommend for a weekend excursion

Spacious room, tranquil atmosphere, complete with friendly staff who provided excellent service and memorable. the hotel also features a convenient fitness centre and is just an hour's drive from the airport.

The hotel had a grand entrance, giving a luxurious vibe right away. Our room was spacious, equipped with a mini-bar and air conditioning, which was a relief during hot days. Highlighting the wellness program, I enjoyed some unique treatments that felt refreshing. One issue I encountered was that the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the shower had some mildew. The staff kept checking in to see if we needed anything, showing genuine care and effort in service. The location is a bit isolated, requiring a shuttle for transportation. This made outings tricky, especially since the shuttle didn't go to the airport. the food options were limited and quite pricey. Breakfast had decent choices. Though there were some setbacks, the charming ambiance and accommodating staff made the stay enjoyable.

The spa facilities are great. the outdoor hot tub was a delight! The wellness classes and serene garden area made our stay lovely.

Dining options are limited and seem overpriced. the pork and burger I had both lacked flair, served with basic sides that disappointed for the price. without a rental car, getting around is a hassle since the shuttle only gets you to Jungnum for the main bus routes. Plus, I found swimming caps compulsory in the pool a bit unnecessary for relaxation.
